ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Input the property address 78 Tobe Way Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 into your preferred GPS navigation app (Waze & Google Maps work well). Refer to the Campground Map on our website so you know where your Cabin or RV site is.


Turn onto Tobe Way off of Hwy 95. North Haven will be on your left hand side. There are TWO main entry drives.


The FIRST entry drive on your left is for Cabins 1, 2 & 3, as well as full hook-up pull-thru RV Sites 1-5.


The SECOND entry drive on your left, after the black mailbox, is for Cabins 4 & 5, the full hook-up pull-thru RV Sites 6-10 as well as ALL of the partial hook-up water / electric RV Sites 11-21.


Guests can check in directly to their Cabin or RV Site as long as you are arriving after the Check-In time. Stop by The Outpost campstore / office in the front of the Bathhouse (large log cabin building behind the smaller log cabins) or give us a call at 208-603-9212 if you have any questions once you are on site.


RETURNING GUEST DISCOUNT:

If you book your NEXT reservation while in-house, and before checking out, you will receive 15% OFF our standard rates! After check-out, as a Returning Guest, you are always eligible for 10% OFF our standard rates as one of our valued Guests! Be sure to book directly with us and not through a 3rd party site in order to be sure your discount is applied to your future bookings! SAVE OUR CONTACT INFORMATION!

PAYMENT POLICY:

A 15% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance (85%) is due 7-days prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card on file.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

Our software and business processes are PCI compliant, ensuring Guest's credit card information is stored and processed securely.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations can be changed or cancelled 7 days prior to arrival and are eligible for a full refund.


Cancellations 7 days or less from arrival are non-refundable and all reservation funds are forfeited. We do not give any refunds for early departures or if a guest is required to vacate the property due to misbehavior and/or failure to obey campground rules. Guests are advised to purchase Trip Insurance / Travel Protection to protect against unexpected reasons for cancellation.


NO-SHOW POLICY:

All confirmed and fully paid reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival date. After 9:00 AM the day after your arrival date, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and your Cabin, Wagon or RV site reservation will be cancelled and considered non-refundable.



PET POLICIES

Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 75 pounds. North Haven Campground will allow a pet to accompany a Guest in Cabins 1 and 2 ONLY and all RV sites based on the following terms. No pets are allowed in Cabins 3, 4 or 5 or Wagons 1 or 2.

1. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 for log cabin Guests will be added to the reservation. Additional charges for damage may be imposed, if applicable.

2. All reservations must have a credit card on file. If you paid your pet fee online, you will need to come into the office to swipe your card.

3. Pets may not exceed 75 pounds. No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be allowed. North Haven shall make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted on the premises. If the pet at any time threatens another Guest or campground associates, North Haven reserves the right to request the pet’s removal. If the pet causes damage, barks, makes other noises, or is otherwise a cause of Guest complaints, the campground reserves the right to require the Guest to remove the pet. If the Guest is not available to remove the pet, the campground reserves the right to remove the pet and relocate it to another area. In addition, if noise complaints surface and inconvenience other Guests, we reserve the right to charge the pet owner’s account for any rebates given to these Guests as a result of their discomfort.

4. North Haven prohibits pets from all of the following areas of the campground: Outpost store/office and the Bathhouse facilities.

5. Pets must be kept on leashes when outdoors and Guests MUST clean up after their pet, including in and around RV sites. Pets may not be left outdoors unattended and should not be tied to any trees, shrubs, signs or RV site posts.

6. The pet must be kept in a pet carrier when campground associates must be in a cabin to clean or provide other services and/or if you plan on leaving the pet by itself. If the pet is not in a carrier, the campground reserves the right not to enter the cabin for any reason.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: The Guest fully accepts responsibility for any and all damages caused by the pet, including but not limited to: property damage to the campground or other Guests or bodily injury to campground associates or other Guests. The Guest agrees to indemnify the campground for any such damage. IF THE CAMPGROUND IS UNABLE TO RENT THE DAMAGED ROOMS WHILE THE ROOM IS BEING REPAIRED, THE GUEST SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST CABIN REVENUE INCURRED BY THE CAMPGROUND. The charges for such damage and/or lost revenue may be charged to the Guest’s credit card. The Guest also agrees to hold the campground harmless for claims relating to the removal of the pet from a cabin or RV site.

8. The campground, at its discretion, is not required to provide any warning or second chance for violation of these policies and the decision of the campground will be final. You will be required to sign a document agreeing to these terms and conditions and to provide the following information:

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service At any time. Visitors Must Abide By Our Campground Rules Or You Will Be Asked To Leave. Hostile behavior and/or publically disparaging remarks while you are a guest on our property may result in a reservation being cancelled and any remaining days being refunded. Guests at our campground are not considered tenants and landlord-tenant laws are not applicable to any of our units or sites. Reservations in our system may not extend beyond 28 days.
